EdgeCast — AI Polymarket Intelligence

1. Acceptance of Terms

EdgeCast is owned and operated by Cena Labs. By accessing or using EdgeCast at edgecastai.com (the "Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. Your continued use of EdgeCast constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any future modifications.

2. Description of Service

EdgeCast provides AI-powered market intelligence tools for informational purposes only. We aggregate publicly available data from Polymarket and use artificial intelligence to generate analysis, fair value estimates, and edge ratings.

The Service includes web access, Telegram alerts, Discord bot integrations, and optional API access depending on your subscription plan. Features and plan limits may change at any time.

3. NOT Financial Advice

EDGECAST DOES NOT PROVIDE FINANCIAL ADVICE, INVESTMENT ADVICE, TRADING ADVICE, OR ANY OTHER ADVICE.

ALL CONTENT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL AND ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY. USE OF EDGECAST IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

This includes but is not limited to:

AI-generated market analysis
Edge ratings and recommendations
Fair value estimates
Bull and bear cases
Probability assessments
Telegram alerts and notifications
Discord bot responses
Any other output from EdgeCast

You acknowledge and agree that:

Prediction markets involve substantial risk of loss
Past performance does not guarantee future results
AI analysis may be incorrect, incomplete, or outdated
You may lose all money you invest or trade
Cena Labs is NOT registered as an investment advisor
Cena Labs is NOT a broker-dealer
Cena Labs is NOT a financial institution
No content constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset

4. Eligibility

To use EdgeCast you must:

Be 18 years of age or older
Be legally permitted to use prediction markets in your jurisdiction
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
Not be located in any jurisdiction where the Service is prohibited

The Service is not available where prohibited by law. You are solely responsible for compliance with all local laws and regulations applicable to your use of EdgeCast and any associated trading or investment activity.

5. User Accounts

By creating an account on EdgeCast you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
Maintain only one account per person
Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@cenalabs.com

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or any reason we consider necessary to protect the Service or our users.

6. Subscription and Payments

EdgeCast offers the following plans:

Free — limited access at no cost
Pro — $49.99 per month, billed monthly
Whale — $99.99 per month, billed monthly

Subscriptions auto-renew on the same day each month unless cancelled before the renewal date. No refunds are provided except as required by applicable law.

We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice via email
Stripe processes all payments; Stripe's terms of service apply to payment processing
We never store your full credit card information
Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate account suspension or termination
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and government fees
You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use EdgeCast for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or copy our platform or source code
Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from EdgeCast
Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials to any third party
Use automated bots, scripts, or crawlers to access EdgeCast without explicit permission
Attempt to circumvent plan limits, paywalls, rate limits, or access controls
Use EdgeCast to manipulate, distort, or unfairly influence prediction markets
Misrepresent our analysis as your own financial advice to third parties
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to EdgeCast without written permission
Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service or its servers
Upload viruses, malware, or any other malicious code

8. AI and Automated Content Disclaimer

Our AI analysis is generated by third-party AI models including Anthropic Claude. AI outputs may contain errors, hallucinations, or outdated information.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content
AI recommendations are not personalized financial advice
Market conditions can change faster than our data refreshes
AI models have knowledge cutoffs and may not reflect current events
AI outputs may reflect biases present in training data
You should never make financial decisions based solely on AI-generated content

Always conduct independent research and consult a qualified, licensed financial advisor before making any trading, investment, or financial decision based on EdgeCast output.

9. Data and Third Party Services

EdgeCast aggregates data from Polymarket, which is publicly available. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Polymarket.

We rely on the following third-party services to operate EdgeCast:

Anthropic PBC — AI analysis
Stripe Inc — payment processing
Supabase Inc — database and authentication
Telegram Messenger — alert delivery
Discord Inc — bot interactions
Vercel Inc — hosting infrastructure
Mailgun (Sinch) — transactional email
NewsAPI — news data aggregation

Each third-party service has its own terms of service which apply to their portion of the Service. We are not responsible for third-party service outages, errors, downtime, or data inaccuracies, and we make no warranties regarding their availability or performance.

10. Intellectual Property

EdgeCast, including its source code, design, branding, logos, AI prompts, analysis methodology, and all content, is owned by Cena Labs. All rights are reserved.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content
Use our trademarks, service marks, or trade dress without written permission
Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks from the Service
Frame, mirror, or republish any portion of the Service

The limited license granted to you to access and use EdgeCast does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CENA LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF EDGECAST.

This limitation specifically includes but is not limited to:

Financial losses from trading, investing, or speculating on prediction markets
Losses based on AI analysis, recommendations, or alerts
Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, or exemplary damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, reputation, or business opportunity
Cost of substitute or replacement services
Any damages exceeding the total amount you paid Cena Labs in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim
Actions or inactions taken based on EdgeCast content
Third-party service failures, outages, or errors
Missed alerts, delayed notifications, or undelivered messages
Inaccurate market data, AI hallucinations, or outdated analysis
Market movements occurring before, during, or after you receive analysis

THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ON WHICH ANY CLAIM IS BASED (CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF CENA LABS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cena Labs, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

Your use of or access to EdgeCast
Your violation of these Terms of Service
Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
Your trading, investment, or financial decisions
Any content you submit to, transmit through, or post on EdgeCast
Your violation of any applicable laws, regulations, or rules
Any misrepresentation you make to us or to third parties

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Cena Labs expressly disclaims all warranties including but not limited to:

Implied warranties of merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of content
Uninterrupted or error-free operation

Cena Labs does not warrant that:

The Service will meet your requirements or expectations
The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
Results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
Any errors in the Service will be corrected
The Service is free from viruses, worms, or other harmful components

14. Prediction Market Specific Risks

You expressly acknowledge and accept the following risks:

Prediction markets are highly speculative instruments
You may lose your entire invested amount
Markets can move to 0% or 100% rapidly and without warning
Liquidity may be limited, especially in smaller markets
Markets may resolve unexpectedly or in disputed ways
Resolution criteria may be ambiguous or subject to interpretation
Smart contract risks exist on blockchain-based platforms
The regulatory status of prediction markets varies by jurisdiction and may change without notice
Some jurisdictions prohibit participation in prediction markets entirely
Tax treatment of prediction market gains and losses varies by jurisdiction
You are solely responsible for determining legality in your jurisdiction
Counterparty and platform solvency risks exist on all platforms we track

15. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of EdgeCast shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Associationunder its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER:
YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION AGAINST CENA LABS. ALL DISPUTES MUST BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A REPRESENTATIVE OF ANY OTHER PARTY.

JURY TRIAL WAIVER:
YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY FOR ANY DISPUTE ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF EDGECAST, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts of competent jurisdiction within the United States.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving the original intent. The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and our AI & Financial Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cena Labs regarding EdgeCast. They supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings, whether oral or written.

19. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify users via email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of EdgeCast after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

20. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

Upon termination your right to use EdgeCast ceases immediately. Sections regarding limitation of liability, indemnification, intellectual property, warranty disclaimers, and dispute resolution shall survive any termination of these Terms.
